Processing and Shipping Times

• Standard Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for available stock are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
• Handpicked and Limited Items: Since our products are carefully handpicked, each piece is unique and limited in quantity. Once a product is sold out, a similar item may not always be available.
• Restocking and Customer Requests: We make every effort to restock products based on availability and customer requests. In cases where an item is being restocked specifically for an order, the estimated shipping time will be 10-20 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or Email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our courier partner's website.

Delivery and Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Pudavai Exclusive is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unexpected logistical issues (such as weather conditions, public holidays, or service disruptions).
